We are currently looking for qualified personnel to fill-up the following positions:
FIELD COLLECTION ASSOCIATE (Cagayan de Oro)
- Male, not more than 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree
- With 2- 3 years related work experience in Field Collections
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- With good communication skills
- Service Orientation – knows how to listen and analyze collection problem
- Knows how to drive a motorcycle
- Willingness to work overtime, especially during field work
- Must be familiar with Cagayan de Oro area
- Willing to start on a contractual basis
INSURANCE ASSOCIATE
- Male/Female, not more than 26 years old
- Graduate of any business course
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience gained from consumer-lending industry, particularly car financing
- Must be aggressive, responsible, sales-driven and customer oriented
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Exposure to car insurance processing and documentation is an advantage
- Must be computer proficient
INTERNAL AUDIT HEAD
Responsibilities:
The Internal Audit Head is responsible for the provision of independent, objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve the Toyota Financial operations. He/she assists the organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and governance processes.
Requirements:
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
· Must be a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor
· At least 3 years experience in the same capacity from a bank or financial institution
· Must have full understanding of the business operations, ability to give recommendations to improve the systems and procedures for better controls and ability to monitor changes and effect corrective actions
