Toyota Financial Services Philippines Corporation will resume its operations for all offices (Makati Head Office and Provincial Business Centers) starting June 2, 2020. However, we will be operating in a limited capacity in compliance with government protocols.

Customers who would like to make payments may do so through the online or digital channels of our accredited banks.
We would like to remind customers who wish to visit our offices to follow our safety protocols below. This is to ensure the health and well-being of both our customers and employees.
1. As required by the Department of Labor and Employment, all customers and guests must accomplish a Health Checklist form prior to entering the premises.
2. Customers and visitors must have their temperature checked before entering the office. Those with body temperature above 37.5o C or exhibiting visible signs or symptoms of sickness such as cough or colds will not be allowed to enter the office.
3. Wearing of face mask or shield is required when inside our office.
4. To observe social or physical distancing, only a limited number of people are allowed inside the customer area. We will only allow one person per account to make transactions. Companions will not be permitted to enter or wait within the premises. While waiting in the customer area, everyone is requested to maintain safe distance from each other.
As an additional precautionary measure, we conduct regular sanitation of all our offices. Alcohol dispensers and hand sanitizers are provided for use of both customers and employees.
All employees are required to strictly observe proper hygiene at all times. We are requesting customers and guests who will be visiting our offices to do the same.
